Fundraising campaign: The Deutschlandstipendium collects for students from Ukraine - please donate!
Published on in NEWS
Around 120 young people from Ukraine are currently studying at TU Dresden and many more Ukrainian students have applied for a place to study in Dresden for the coming winter semester. In order to give them a good start, the TUD's Deutschlandstipendium, with its DUAStip Challenge fundraising campaign, aims to provide around 20 scholarships for students affected by the war in Ukraine from October 2022.
With the Deutschlandstipendium, which is jointly funded by the federal government and private donors, talented and committed students receive 300 euros per month for at least 1 year. With the Germany-Ukraine Scholarship Matching Challenge, DUAStip Challenge for short, TU Dresden would like to enable a total of at least 20 students who have been affected by the war in Ukraine and will be studying at TU Dresden in the future to receive such a scholarship. It needs at least 72,000 euros to do so. Help is coming from three business partners: Infineon, Carl Zeiss Digital Innovation and the law firm POELLATH from Frankfurt/a. M.
