Sascha Hermann: CNTFET-Enabled Integrated Sensor Arrays for One Health
We present a novel wafer-level CNT semiconductor platform for sensing and emerging electronic applications. Using ISFET-based sensor demonstrators, including cortisol sensing, we highlight its potential for label-free, PCR-free multiparameter biosensing and scalable integration into next-generation diagnostic devices.
