Registration and payment process

Registration deadline: 18 August 2025 or as long as available

After you have finished your online registration you will receive a confirmation and invoice by eveeno. This registration service also provides the payment process, i. e. you will pay to eveeno by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

If you have signed up for the waiting list, we will inform you by email as soon as we can offer a place for you. You will then have 3 days to finally decide about your participation.

Allowed applicants

The Summer School is limited to 50 participants.

Please note that we can only accept bookings from current Master/Diploma students, PhD students or Postdocs who are affiliated to a higher education institution or a non-academic institution (e.g., Max-Planck-Institute, Leibniz Institute, Fraunhofer Institute). Participants who are employed by industry are not allowed.

Event language

Good knowledge of English is mandatory since all interactions will be held in English.

Registration fees

• 120.00 EUR for Students (B.Sc./M.Sc./Diploma/PhD)
• 160.00 EUR for Postdocs

Registration fees include:

• expert talks and presentations on current issues of microelectronics in research and industry
• lab tours at participating industry partners
• a high-level panel discussion with experts from academia and industry
• comprehensive documentation of some presentations
• a networking dinner with most of the DMA lecturers on 18 September 2025
• paid and organized transport within Dresden to most event locations
• a guided walking tour of Dresden

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing to dma1@tu-dresden.de. The date of receipt by the organizer applies.

• Until 18 August 2025 refund minus handling fee of 25.00 € is possible.
• From 19 August 2025: there will be no refund; invoice amount remains payable.
